Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques, traveller's cheques, or foreign currency.
Authority to debit a deposit equal to 1 week's rental must be signed on arrival which will be held (but not debited) until end of stay, when charges for any laundry of bed and bath linen required, cleaning (if necessary, at £8 per hour), telephone and any other legitimate expenses will be debited.
If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of arrival we will deduct the full rent, although a refund may be made subject to reletting for the same period.
